The Mask Has Fallen
There are times when people sense for a long while that something in their lives is going wrong, yet they cannot clearly see the reason. They keep bumping into something, but they cannot tell what it is. There is fog, there is haze, there is darkness. Then one day the fog begins to lift. Suddenly people realize that the obstacles before them were never accidental.
In Turkish there is an old saying that describes such moments:
“The cap has fallen, and the bald head is revealed.”
It means that what was once hidden can no longer remain concealed.
For a long time people felt that certain schemes were unfolding around them. Yet most of the time they could not clearly see their source. It was not easy to distinguish who was truly a friend and who merely appeared to be one while pursuing other agendas.
Now that fog is beginning to clear.
People are looking more carefully.
They can see more clearly who has been working against them and who has been part of designs that threaten their lives and well-being.
It is not surprising that those who thrive on wrongdoing feel uneasy about this. Secrecy was their greatest protection. As they realize they are being seen and recognized, they grow harsher.
But once people’s eyes are opened, it is not easy to maintain the old order.
For this reason, a clear word must be spoken:
People now see.
People now recognize.
While there is still time, abandoning wrongdoing, giving up dirty schemes, and stepping aside would be wiser for everyone. Leaving people to live their lives in peace is a far better path than interfering with them.
Because in the end, what is corrupt separates from what is clean.
Perhaps what we are witnessing today is a manifestation of one of the divine names of Allah: Al-Quddus (ٱلْقُدُّوسُ) — the Most Pure.
The One who separates what is mixed and removes impurity from what is pure.
O you who set the world on fire with your schemes:
The mask has fallen. What is revealed can no longer be hidden.
